Strawberry Shortcake

What is in it? White chocolate chips, dried freeze strawberries and strawberry crumble.

Why will you love it? This light flavored strawberry cookie is embellished with dried freeze strawberries, white chocolate chips and topped with a strawberry crumble. This cookie reminds me of summer. Fruity and delicious!

Ingredients: Butter, sugar, eggs, flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), white chocolate chips, dried freeze strawberries, strawberry emulsion, sugar crystals, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, salt.

Storing: Saving them for later? Cookies are in a well-sealed package and are delicious up to one week. Saving half of the cookie for later? Place in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or freeze immediately for optimal freshness. Proceed with “cookie care” instructions.

Cookie Care: Heating - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove from package, place on baking pan and bake for 5-10 minutes or microwave for 7-10 seconds until warm. Longer heating time results in gooey centers.
