It's a Filipino cookie, infused with Ube  with quality white chips, loaded with toasted macadamia nuts and shards of toffee pieces in this 6.5 ounce cookie. The macadamia nuts gives this cookie a buttery taste that complements the earthy Ube flavor and a touch of sweetness and crunch from the toffee shards.

Ingredients: Butter, sugar, eggs, flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), white chips, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, salt and macadamia nuts.

Storing: Saving them for later? Cookies are in a well-sealed package and are delicious up to one week. Saving half of the cookie for later? Place in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or freeze immediately for optimal freshness. Proceed with “cookie care” instructions.

Cookie Care: Heating - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove from package, place on baking pan and bake for 5-10 minutes or microwave for 7-10 seconds until warm. Longer heating time results in gooey centers.
